About these terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Loves Dasha at lovesdasha.com (the "Site"), including every game, account and form on it. "We", "us" and "our" mean Loves Dasha, the operator of the Site. "You" means the person using the Site.
By using the Site you agree to these Terms, our Privacy policy and our Cookies policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Who can use the site
The Site is only for people who are 18 or over and who live in the United Kingdom. By entering the Site and by creating an account you confirm that both are true.
We may ask you to confirm your age at any time, and we will close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18 or outside the UK.
Free play only
The Site is entertainment only. It is not a gambling service and no real money is involved.
- All games are free to play. There is nothing to buy on the Site.
- Coins are free virtual items given to you by us. They have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes.
- Coins exist only to let you play the games on the Site. We may change how coins are given out, or reset balances, at any time.
- Success in our free games does not mean you would succeed at real-money gambling.
Your account
You can play every game without an account. If you create one:
- You must give accurate details and keep your email address up to date.
- You may hold only one account. Usernames must not be offensive, misleading or copy another person or brand.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account unless it happened because of our failure.
- Tell us straight away through our contact form if you think someone else has used your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deletion removes your coins, level and history permanently.
Fair use
Please use the Site fairly. You must not:
- use bots, scripts, cheats or any tool that automates play or changes how a game works;
- try to get into accounts, servers or files you're not allowed to access, or test the Site's security without our written permission;
- copy, scrape, frame or resell the Site or its games;
- upload anything harmful, unlawful or abusive through our forms;
- create accounts to collect extra coins.
If you break these rules we may reset your coins or level, suspend your account or close it.
Our games and content
All 31 games on the Site, along with their artwork, music, text, logos and code, belong to Loves Dasha or our licensors. You may play them on the Site for your own personal, non-commercial fun. You may not copy, change, share or reuse them anywhere else.
Game artwork on the Site uses Fluent Emoji by Microsoft under the MIT licence.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Site running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove games and features, and we may pause the Site for maintenance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we'll show a notice on the Site or email account holders.
Our responsibility to you
The Site is provided free of charge and "as is". Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales.
Otherwise, because the Site is free and coins have no value, we are not liable for any loss of coins, levels or game progress, or for indirect losses. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Site whenever you like and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, that have been inactive for 24 months, or where we're required to by law.
Law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
